Dear Leader

Dear Leader; LEAD!

Our battlefield is also our mission field. Strategic leadership ultimately has to start with you.

Lead Yourself

Nothing exalts God more than the collapse of self-reliance which issues in passionate prayer for help. When you neglect time with God in Prayer and Word, the voice of self becomes ten times louder than the voice of God.

Take Away: God, help me do something radical in regard to prayer.

Are not our people yearning to be around a man who has been around God?

·       Schedule a prayer retreat

We’re not held back by what we don’t have, but what we don’t use. Bob Goff

Lead Leaders

The greatest joy is to live a life daily that impacts others. A minister who does not know the rhythm of desperation and deliverance must have his sights set only on what man can achieve rather than God.

Take Away: Build an army, not just an audience.

·       Invite into community

·       Invest in discipleship

·       Inspire towards multiplication

Lead The Church

God’s hope for the world is the local church. The local church is His Plan A, and there is no Plan B. Our work as church leaders is to equip and develop God’s people who are under our care. Encourage each other to discover and help them to live out the calling God has put in their lives. Map out their discovery and development rather than planning your next program and event.

Take Away: Lead in prayer. Like anything in church, prayer will not increase without intentionality. Your church won’t become a praying church by accident.

·       Prayer and Word is chief work. Revival won’t come any other way.

·       Corporate prayer is powerful. Schedule intentional times of prayer with your church family.
